Soak the gelatin in 150 ml of cold water, according to the instructions on the package.

Put cream with sugar and 100 ml of water on the fire.
- Cream 20%: 200 ml
- Sugar: 100 g

Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly, and at the end add the swollen gelatin, but do not boil.

Blend strawberries with sugar or powdered sugar.
