Cut the chilled butter into small cubes and place it in the bowl of a mixer, add 220 grams of flour, an egg, vanilla sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, and mix with the dough attachment until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Vanilla sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Sea salt: 0.7 teaspoon

Evenly distribute the dough into the tartlet molds and place them in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.

Prepare marzipan: grind almonds in a blender, add softened butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, and beat until smooth. While continuing to beat, add the remaining eggs one by one, sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of flour, and beat a little more.
- Almond: 100 g

- Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Sea salt: 0.7 teaspoon

Cut squares from baking paper according to the number and size of the tartlets, place the paper on the dough, and sprinkle peas on top.
- Peas: 200 g

Send the tartlets to the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes with peas, then 2-3 minutes without peas.

Place the marzipan mass in the tartlets, spread it evenly, and try to place as many berries on top as possible. Reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees and bake the tartlets for 15 minutes.
