Chocolate pancakes are a true delight of French cuisine, combining the airy texture of the batter with the rich taste of dark chocolate. This recipe originated in France, where the love for refined desserts has become a cult. Thin pancakes, tender and elastic, are infused with the aroma of cognac sauce that adds noble notes. With each bite, the melted chocolate gently spreads, enveloping the flavor with sweetness and depth.
