We put the cookies in a couple of bags and crush them into not very fine crumbs.

Add finely chopped and very cold butter to the dough and mix thoroughly.

Place the resulting mass in a mold and form edges about 2 centimeters high. The dough should be spread as evenly as possible. Put the mold in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

While the base is baking, let's prepare the filling. For this, we beat the yolks and add condensed milk. While continuing to beat, we add the juice of half a lemon.
- Egg yolk: 3 pieces
- Condensed milk: 400 g
- Lemon: 0.5 piece

Remove the form from the oven, place the filling on the base. Distribute evenly and send it back to the oven for 10 minutes.
