Cottage cheese muffins are a tender and airy dessert from American cuisine, where muffins have long been a favorite treat for breakfast and a light snack. Thanks to the soft cottage cheese, they acquire a velvety texture and pleasant milky sweetness, while butter adds a rich flavor. The secret to their popularity is the simplicity of preparation and versatility: muffins can be complemented with fruits, glaze, or powdered sugar, creating a new taste each time. An ideal choice for a cozy family tea time or a quick treat for guests.

For decoration, any fruits and cream can be used. In my case, it was glaze and powdered sugar with raspberries.
