Vanilla cookies with lemon zest are a true embodiment of tenderness and freshness. This exquisite European dessert combines the sweetness of vanilla with a subtle citrus note of lemon zest, creating a harmony of flavors. The history of such cookies traces back to the ancient traditions of French and Italian baking, where special attention was paid to the delicacy of aromas. They are perfect for a cozy tea time, beautifully complementing a cup of fragrant black or green tea. Their airy texture and crispy crust make each treat unforgettable. Small and elegant, these cookies will adorn any table, whether it's a family breakfast or a festive reception. Serve them with berries, honey, or light cream for even greater gastronomic delight.
