In a large bowl, whisk together the ricotta, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Ricotta cheese: 230 g
- Vanilla: 1.5 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar: 6 glasss

Melt the white chocolate in a water bath or microwave. Add it to the cheese mixture along with the pecan nuts.
- White chocolate chips: 340 g
- Chopped pecans: 0.8 glass

Meanwhile, grease a 20x20 cm square mold with butter. Pour the cheese-chocolate mixture into it and smooth it out. Chill.
