Blueberry pie is a classic of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of cottage cheese dough with a fragrant berry filling. Its roots trace back to the traditions of home baking, where seasonal fruits and berries transformed simple desserts into exquisite treats. The pie's base consists of crumbly dough with added pistachios, giving it a light nutty flavor. The creamy filling made from sour cream, sugar, and vanilla harmonizes beautifully with the sweetness of blueberries, creating a rich yet balanced taste. When baked, the pie develops a golden crust while its filling becomes tender and airy. It is served with powdered sugar and optionally whipped cream, making it perfect for cozy tea times or festive gatherings. This pie is not just a dessert but a true gastronomic delight filled with the warmth of home baking.

In a deep bowl, mix flour, chopped nuts, cottage cheese, and diced butter. (It's better to chop the nuts into small pieces rather than powder; they look nicer this way.) Mix everything into crumbs: you can use a fork or a special mixer attachment for dough. Add one egg and knead the dough; it will be neither soft nor too stiff.
- Wheat flour: 125 g
- Unsalted Pistachios: 100 g
- Cottage cheese: 100 g
- Butter: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Place the dough on a floured surface and roll it out according to the diameter of the pan. Grease the pan with butter and dust with flour, then place the dough in it, shape the edges, prick it, and send it to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

The filling is made like this: mix sour cream, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla (do not whip!), and pour it all into a form with dough. Top with blueberries and send it to a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour. During baking, the filling will rise, so don't think there's too little.
- Sour cream 20%: 200 g
- Sugar: 75 g
- Egg yolk: 3 pieces
- Vanilla sugar: 30 g
- Blueberry: 200 g
