Homemade 'Raffaello' candies are an exquisite treat inspired by famous European sweets. The delicate combination of coconut flakes, butter, and dry milk creates a creamy texture, while pieces of nuts provide a pleasant contrast and refined taste. These candies have a sophisticated sweetness that harmoniously blends dairy and nut notes. They can be served with tea or coffee and used as an elegant gift for loved ones. The simplicity of preparation makes this recipe accessible even for beginner cooks, allowing them to create little masterpieces with their own hands.
