Blend the blueberries into a puree. Whip the cream with sugar and mix it with the blueberry puree. Soak the gelatin in water, squeeze out the water, and mix the gelatin with the cream and blueberries.
- Frozen Blueberries: 1 kg
- Cream 35%: 500 ml
- Sugar: 100 g
- Gelatin in plates: 4 pieces

Mix cottage cheese with honey. Place a layer of cottage cheese at the bottom of each of the six molds and pour in the mixture of cream and blueberries. Put in the refrigerator and keep until the mixture thickens. When serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
