Zucchini fritters with feta are a refined dish of European cuisine that combines the tenderness of zucchini with the tanginess of feta. This dish originates from traditional recipes where fresh seasonal vegetables are transformed into light, airy treats. Feta adds a salty creaminess that pairs wonderfully with soft zucchini. The fritters are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and their flavor is even more pronounced when served with sour cream. They are perfect as an appetizer or main course, especially in summer when something light and refreshing is desired. They can be served with herbs and fresh vegetables, creating a harmonious flavor ensemble. This recipe is a great way to enjoy the simple yet elegant flavors of the Mediterranean.
