Wash the cranberries, dry them, and blend them. Strain the puree through a sieve and mix with 200 g of sugar. Place on the heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Wash the peaches, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the pits. Cut the flesh into cubes.
- Peaches: 2 pieces

Mix the cottage cheese with yogurt, remaining sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and zest. Whip with a mixer.

Chop the nuts.
- Almond: 50 g
- Pistachios: 50 g

Layer cranberry puree, cottage cheese, peach cubes, and nuts in glasses. Place the finished dessert in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
