Beat softened butter with condensed milk until smooth, then add brandy and lemon passed through a meat grinder.
- Butter: 100 g
- Condensed milk: 1 jar
- Cognac: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon: 1 piece

Spread the prepared cream on the waffle layer; place the marshmallows, cut in half, on top with the flat side down. Cover the marshmallows with cream; then, with the rounded side down, fill the gaps between the previous marshmallows with the next layer of marshmallows. Also spread cream on it and cover with the remaining layer.
