Knead a smooth dough from flour, nuts, salt, sugar, butter, milk, and egg. Wrap it in foil and place it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Wheat flour: 160 g
- Crushed walnuts: 60 g
- Salt: to taste
- Sugar: 100 g
- Butter: 130 g
- Milk: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the cores, and slice them.
- Apple: 1 kg

Cover two baking trays with parchment. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out 6 round flatbreads with a diameter of 15 cm from the dough. Decorate the flatbreads with apple slices and place them on the trays. Bake for about 20 minutes.
