Remove the pits from the plums, chop them coarsely, and blend until smooth.
- Plums: 4 pieces

Add lemon juice and honey (vary the amount of honey to your taste and understanding of 'sweetness')

- Honey: 4 tablespoons

Place the puree in a container and send it to the freezer.
