Sift the oatmeal (preferably large, as it's healthier) to make flour.
- Oat flakes: 500 g

Melt half a pack of butter in a pan and fry the sifted oats in it.
- Butter: 250 g

Put all the mass in a separate bowl, add the remaining half of the butter (it should be soft), and mix.

Then add the sifted flour remnants, eggs, vanillin, and the remaining flour.

Next, add chopped prunes, raisins, almonds, and you can also add dried apricots.

- Raisin: 95 g
- Ground almonds: 60 g

Grease the paper at the bottom of the baking tray with oil, or if there is none, grease the tray itself.
