In a deep bowl, place sour cream, add flour and eggs, and mix. Then add melted butter and dissolve baking soda. Add raisins and mix. The last step is to add sugar. Mix everything thoroughly once more.
- Sour cream 10%: 100 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Butter: 100 g
- Soda: pinch
- Light raisins: 50 g
- Sugar: 1.5 glass

Prepare a pan with a diameter of no more than 28 cm. Pour sunflower oil into the bottom and place it on the heat. Slightly heat the pan and pour a small amount of the mixture onto it. Fry until a slight crust forms and flip to the other side. Do the same with the remaining mixture.
