American Pancakes

American pancakes are a symbol of cozy breakfasts in American culture. Their history begins with traditional European recipes but over time they have gained a unique soft and airy character thanks to the use of kefir and whipped egg whites. These pancakes have a light, tender texture and a pleasant creamy-sweet taste that pairs wonderfully with jam, honey, or maple syrup. Golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside, they are perfect for both morning meals and cozy family brunches. Unlike thin classic crepes, American pancakes are thicker and fluffier, making them particularly filling and appetizing. They can be served with various toppings – fruits, nuts, chocolate – making each serving unique.
