In a large bowl, mix 1.75 cups of milk, cream, and eggs. Whisk well. Gradually add flour, then the remaining milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Strain the batter through a sieve to remove lumps. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

- Cream 48%: 1 glass
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss
- Milk: 2.8 glasss
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: pinch
- Vanilla extract: 1 tablespoon

Lightly grease the pancake pan with butter and heat it well over medium heat, but not until it smokes. Whisk the batter again lightly.
