Break the chocolate and grind it in a food processor to a crumbly state.
- Dark chocolate: 170 g

Wash the strawberries well without removing the green stems and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.

Place chocolate chips in a metal bowl and set it over a water bath. Melt while stirring until smooth. Remove from heat. In another bowl, add chocolate crumbs.
- Chocolate chips: 260 g
- Dark chocolate: 170 g
- Vegetable fat: 1 tablespoon

Take 1 berry by the green stem and dip two-thirds first in melted chocolate, then in crumbs. Place on the prepared tray. Repeat the same with the remaining berries. Put the tray in the fridge for 1 hour until the chocolate hardens.
