In a pot, mix chopped rhubarb, sugar, and water. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves. Then cook for another 7 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
- Rhubarb stems: 450 g
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Water: 0.3 glass

Remove from heat and add halved strawberries. Mix well and transfer to a bowl. Stir in finely chopped mint, let cool, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
