Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment.

Mix 2 cups of chocolate chips with butter and melt until smooth. Cool for 10 minutes.
- Chocolate chips: 500 g
- Butter: 60 g

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with sugar well. Then add the melted chocolate and vanilla, followed by the flour. Add the chopped ginger and remaining chocolate chips. Mix and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Brown sugar: 0.5 glass
- Chocolate chips: 500 g
- Vanilla extract: 2 teaspoons
- Flour with baking powder: 0.8 glass
- Candied Ginger: 150 g
