Put nuts, salt, and sugar in the blender and grind well. Transfer to a pot, add milk, and bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Roasted hazelnuts: 230 g
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 0.8 glass
- Milk: 4.5 glasss

Put the mass in a sieve and rub it into a bowl, then transfer it to a clean pot.

Pour 0.25 cup of the mixture into a small bowl and add starch. Mix well and pour into the main mass. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate, stirring until fully melted and the mixture is homogeneous. Cool for about 3-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cornstarch: 3 tablespoons
- Dark chocolate: 120 g
