ANZAC biscuits are sweet and crunchy cookies that originated during World War I, created by Australian and New Zealand women to send to soldiers at the front. They stay fresh due to the absence of eggs and the presence of honey. The unique flavor combines oats, coconut, and caramel notes from brown sugar, making them aromatic and rich.

1
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Grease 2 baking trays. In a bowl, add flour, oats, coconut, and sugar. Mix well.
- Wheat flour: 125 g
- Hercules: 100 g
- Coconut flakes: 65 g
- Cane sugar: 170 g
