Sugar-free cherry cheese flatbreads are a delicate treat from Russian cuisine, where natural products and refined taste are traditionally valued. The recipe is based on soft crumbly cottage cheese that acquires an airy texture when baked, while cherries provide a refreshing tartness for a harmonious blend. Oats add a light graininess, and vanilla and cinnamon fill the pastry with an exquisite aroma. With no sugar, the flatbreads are perfect for those watching their diet while maintaining rich flavor thanks to fructose. Baked to golden brown in the oven, they develop an appetizing crispy crust while the tender interior remains juicy. They pair perfectly with a cup of hot tea or coffee for a cozy moment of enjoyment without extra harm to health.
