Apple-date pastry is a refined treat infused with the aromas of Eastern sweets and home comfort. The recipe is based on a delicate combination of dates and Antonovka apples, complemented by honey and cinnamon, giving the dessert a warm and spicy flavor. Lemon zest and juice add a light tanginess, balancing the sweetness of the fruits. Oats and flour provide an airy texture, while walnuts add a pleasant crunch. This pastry pairs perfectly with a cup of fragrant tea or coffee, and its natural ingredients make it healthy and nutritious. The author's presentation in portioned pieces with nut decoration transforms it into an elegant dessert suitable for both cozy family evenings and festive tables.
