Strudel with apples and honey

Apple and honey strudel is an exquisite dessert of Hungarian cuisine, featuring a delicate balance of sweetness and spice. This roll with a crispy golden crust hides a tender filling of apples infused with the aroma of cinnamon and a light caramel hint of honey. It is believed that strudel originated in Austria, but Hungarian cuisine has added its unique touches to it. Sweet apples and honey give it a rich flavor, while added breadcrumbs make the filling denser and more intense. It is served hot, allowing the honey to penetrate deeper into the dough, making it even more appetizing. A wonderful choice for cozy home evenings as well as festive gatherings.
