Sweet pancakes with baked apples, nuts and honey are reminiscent of Austrian strudel, only easier and quicker to prepare. And if you add a little ginger to the filling, it will also have a spicy warming effect, which is very useful during the period of seasonal colds.

1
Prepare all the ingredients.

2
Peel and slice the ginger into rounds.
- Ginger: 20 g

3
Slice the apples and remove the core.
- Apple: 200 g

4
Heat a pan with butter over medium heat. Let it melt. Once the butter starts to bubble, add the apple slices. Reduce the heat and fry the slices for about 2-3 minutes, trying not to disturb them to keep their shape, until golden brown on all sides. Transfer the fried slices to a plate.
- Butter: 40 g
- Apple: 200 g

5
Wipe the pan with a napkin and place honey on it. Heat the honey until it starts to bubble, then add ginger.
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Ginger: 20 g

6
Roast ginger for 2 minutes to infuse flavor into the honey. Arrange apple slices. Sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
- Apple: 200 g
- Walnuts: 50 g

- Walnuts: 50 g

8
Fold the pancakes in half, then cut into quarters, and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml
