Lacy pancakes are a culinary masterpiece, an airy and delicate treat reminiscent of lace. Their history dates back centuries when pancakes symbolized the sun and the warmth of home. In this author's recipe, traditional ingredients take on a new sound: kefir adds softness while corn starch gives lightness and fragility to the texture. A pinch of salt and the sweetness of erythritol create a balance of flavor nuances. These pancakes are perfect for a morning meal or cozy tea time and can be served with honey, berry sauce, or sour cream. Thanks to a unique cooking technique using high temperature and butter, they achieve a golden lacy structure. This dish is not just a treat but a true delight that turns an ordinary day into a small celebration.
