Add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk to a liter jar and blend with an immersion blender.
- Powdered sugar: 3 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar: 1 piece
- Milk: 150 ml

Continue whisking, adding vegetable oil and dry milk in a thin stream.
- Refined oil: 350 ml
- Dry milk: 4 tablespoons

Set aside 3-4 tablespoons of white sweet paste.
