Milk-free pancakes

There is no liquid dairy component here - no milk, no kefir. But there is vanilla paste, which gives the pancakes a stunning aroma. We prepared the filling according to tradition, but otherwise you can safely eat them without anything.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Sift the flour through a fine sieve.
- Wheat flour: 200 g

Whisk the eggs with sugar, salt, and vanilla paste until light foam forms.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Sugar: 30 g
- Salt: pinch
- Vanilla paste: 1 teaspoon

Add water and mix.
- Water: 500 ml

Gradually add the flour while constantly whisking to avoid lumps.
- Wheat flour: 200 g

At the end, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and mix.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Heat the pancake pan well and grease it with vegetable oil.
- Vegetable oil: 4 tablespoons

Pour the batter into the pan, spreading it over the entire surface.

When the edges of the pancake turn golden, flip it and cook for another 20-30 seconds. Cook all pancakes in the same way.

Serve the ready pancakes with honey or other favorite toppings. Optionally, decorate with berries.
