Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Gelatin in plates: 5 g

Blend the tofu into a puree in a blender.
- Soft tofu: 300 g

Transfer the tofu to a skillet, add maple syrup, and mix.
- Soft tofu: 300 g
- Maple syrup: 60 ml

Extract seeds from the vanilla pod, add them to the tofu, whisk together and warm up. Do not bring to a boil.
- Vanilla pod: 0.5 piece

Add the squeezed gelatin to the warm mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.

Pour the mixture into molds and send to the refrigerator until set.
