Wash the spinach and green onions, trim the roots if any. Chop both greens, mix them, and squeeze out the excess liquid by hand.

Mix the greens with feta cheese. Not just mix, but rather incorporate by hand, thoroughly mashing the cheese with the green mixture.

Roll the dough into two thin layers to fit the size of the baking tray. Place one layer at the bottom of the tray and evenly spread the cheese mixed with spinach and onion on top. Season with pepper and salt (the latter is optional: feta is salty enough).

Lay another thin layer of dough on top, seal the edges, and brush the pie with beaten egg. Make air vent holes. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for twenty minutes.
