Sesame Royal Cookies

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease and flour 2 large baking sheets.
- Butter: 225 g
- Wheat flour: 455 g

Pour milk into a shallow bowl. Sprinkle sesame on a baking paper.
- Milk: 125 ml
- Sesame: 280 g

In a large bowl of a stationary mixer, use a spatula attachment to mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the oil to the mixture at low speed, adding a little at a time.
- Wheat flour: 455 g
- Sugar: 200 g
- Baking powder: 3.5 teaspoons
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter: 225 g

In a medium bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, and orange zest. Pour into the mixer bowl and mix until smooth.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Orange zest: 1 teaspoon

Take a piece of dough the size of a golf ball (about 4 cm) and shape it into a bar that is 6 cm long and 2 cm wide.

Dip the bar in milk, then roll it in sesame. Place on a baking sheet and gently press with your palm.
- Milk: 125 ml
- Sesame: 280 g

Form the remaining dough in the same way, placing the pieces 2.5 cm apart.

Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Cool on the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack and cool completely. Store in an airtight container.
