Kuch with a filling of berries and fruits is a delicate, crumbly pie rooted in Russian cuisine. It combines the softness of cottage cheese with the juiciness of berries and fruits, creating a rich, refreshing flavor. In this dessert, the tartness of plums and blueberries intertwines with the sweetness of strawberries and bananas, while the crispy crust made from buttery dough gives it a special texture.
