The fastest candied pumpkin and apple is a simple yet exquisite dessert with the rich taste and aroma of autumn. Russian cuisine has long been known for its ability to turn accessible ingredients into true culinary masterpieces, and this recipe is a vivid confirmation of that. Bright pieces of pumpkin soaked in sweet syrup reveal their honey flavor, while apples add a gentle tartness. A light hint of cinnamon makes the treat even cozier. These candied fruits are quick to prepare, and their texture—soft inside and slightly crispy outside—is perfect for enjoying with a cup of fragrant tea. They can be served as an independent dessert, used to decorate pastries, or added to morning porridge. This recipe is an ideal way to preserve the taste of fruits for a long time while enjoying them even on winter evenings.
