Cinnamon cookies are a warm cozy treat filled with the aromas of spices and sweetness. This recipe comes from Russian cuisine, where cinnamon has long been used to give baked goods a special flavor. Crunchy, slightly caramelized, with a delicate hint of honey and the citrus freshness of lemon juice, they are perfect for cozy evenings with a cup of tea.
