Prepare all the ingredients. Take the butter out of the fridge in advance.

Mix flour, sugar, and salt with a hook attachment.
- Wheat flour: 580 g
- Sugar: 90 g
- Salt: 5 g

Add half of the softened butter.
- Butter: 160 g

In a separate bowl, mix 230 ml of warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Milk: 290 ml
- Dry yeast: 10 g

Add yeast mixture, 2 eggs, and 1 yolk to the dough. Mix on low speed for a couple of minutes.
- Milk: 290 ml
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Egg yolk: 1 piece

Transfer the dough from the bowl to a floured surface, knead lightly by hand, and shape into a ball.

Transfer the dough to an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and leave at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
- Vegetable oil: 20 ml

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Brown sugar: 200 g
- Ground cinnamon: 15 g

Dust the table with flour, roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
- Wheat flour: 580 g

Spread the remaining half of the butter over the entire rectangle. Evenly sprinkle the dough with brown sugar.
- Butter: 160 g
- Brown sugar: 200 g

Roll the dough into a log. Cut into pieces about 5 cm thick.

Grease the baking pan with vegetable oil. Place the rolls and cover them with plastic wrap. Leave at room temperature for half an hour.

Whip the cream cheese, add powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
- Cream cheese: 120 g
- Powdered sugar: 60 g

Add the remaining milk and vanilla, and whip the mixture again.
- Milk: 290 ml
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Bake the buns in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 190 degrees. Let cool in the pan on a rack for 15 minutes.
