Put eggs, baking soda, honey, and 1 cup of sugar in a non-stick pot and place it on high heat, stirring constantly until the volume increases 3 times (it should become a golden foamy mass).
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Soda: 1 teaspoon
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Sugar: 1.8 glass

Remove from heat and gradually add flour in small portions, continuing to stir. Divide the dough into 8-9 parts. Grease the baking tray.
- Wheat flour: 3 glasss

Do not roll the dough (each part separately) into shape, but gently flatten and stretch it by hand to a thin layer.

Bake until the crust is golden. Remove the crust from the tray while it's still soft.

For the cream, whip the sour cream and sugar.

Grease the cooled and hardened layers. Leave overnight (not in the cold) for soaking.
