- Wheat flour: 350 g
- Salt: pinch
- Sugar: 25 g
- Dry yeast: 1 teaspoon
2
Add butter, milk, egg yolks, dried fruits, and zest. Knead the dough. Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 10 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Butter: 150 g
- Milk: 150 ml
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Raisin: 115 g
- Orange zest: to taste
3
Place the dough in a mold with a capacity of 1.25 kg. Cover with oiled film and leave in a warm place for 60 minutes.
4
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bake for 45-50 minutes. The main sign that the dish is ready: a stick inserted in the middle should come out clean.
5
Let the kulich cool in the mold for 5 minutes. Turn it onto a rack and brush with warmed honey. Once cooled, slice and serve with butter.
- Honey: 4 tablespoons
