Beat the egg and separately cream the butter with sugar. Then mix them together.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Butter: 175 g
- Powdered sugar: 180 g

Add ground almonds and flour. Whisk the mixture well.
- Almond: 225 g
- Wheat flour: 2 tablespoons

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut out a large circle.

Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, place the dough. Brush the edges of the dough with beaten egg yolk.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 220 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 180 and bake until done.
