Puffs in white wine are a refined author’s recipe that combines the tenderness of dough with the elegant aroma of wine. Inspired by ancient European baking traditions, this recipe adds a touch of noble flavor to simple ingredients. The puffs are airy and crispy on the outside while remaining soft inside. Light white wine adds a subtle acidity and enriches the aroma, highlighting the filling's taste. These puffs are perfect for a cozy evening with a glass of the same wine they were made with. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with fruits, cheeses, or sweet sauces. A wonderful choice for those who appreciate elegance in cooking.
