Separate the egg white from the yolk. Pour the yolk and a teaspoon of vinegar into half a glass of cold water. Mix everything and add a little salt. Separately, mix the margarine with flour and pour in the yolk-vinegar mixture. Mix until a homogeneous substance is formed. The dough is ready. Divide it into two parts and place it in the refrigerator for at least one and a half hours.
- Chicken egg: 1 piece

- Salt: to taste
- Margarine: 200 g
- Wheat flour: 2 glasss

Roll out one sheet of dough thinly and place it on a greased baking tray. Generously layer finely chopped apples on top. Sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Roll out a second sheet of dough thinly and place it on top. Trim the edges, brush with egg white, pierce with a fork, and send it to the oven.
