Beat the yolks with sugar until white, add butter and half a glass of kefir, mix. Add flour and knead the dough. Add the remaining kefir to achieve a thick sour cream consistency, and baking soda.
- Sugar: 1 glass
- Butter: 200 g
- Kefir: 1 glass
- Wheat flour: 2.5 glasss
- Kefir: 1 glass
- Soda: 0.5 teaspoon

Add chopped nuts to the prepared dough. Bake at 200–220 degrees for about 45–55 minutes.
