Waffle cones with filling are a refined dessert that combines the crispy texture of waffles and the tenderness of creamy filling with fruit jam. Inspired by European pastry traditions, these sweet tubes can adorn any festive table. Golden, fragrant waffles infused with vanilla notes add a special elegance to the dessert. Inside lies an airy filling of whipped cream and fruit jam, creating a balance of sweetness and freshness. Due to their simplicity in preparation, this dessert can become a favorite treat at home, bringing warmth and comfort to loved ones. Waffle cones are perfect for morning coffee or evening tea, allowing enjoyment of lightness and crunch in every bite.

1
To prepare waffle tubes, place all ingredients in separate bowls.

2
Whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt with a mixer until smooth.
- Chicken egg (large): 4 pieces
- Sugar: 140 g
- Salt: 7 g

3
Melt the butter. You can do this in the microwave in 15-20 second bursts to avoid overheating. Alternatively, melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove. Then add the melted butter to the egg mixture and mix well with a mixer.
- Butter: 140 g

4
Add flour to the resulting mixture in parts, constantly mixing the dough - either on low speed with a mixer or with a spatula.
- Wheat flour: 180 g

5
At the end, add vanilla extract. It will give a pleasant aroma to the finished waffle cones.
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

6
Preheat the waffle maker. Once heated, grease the top and bottom surfaces with vegetable oil. Remember to grease after each waffle to prevent sticking. (If the waffle maker has a non-stick coating, only grease with vegetable oil the first time.) Take 2 tablespoons of batter and pour it in the center on the heated surface, wait for 1 minute or more for the waffle to brown.
- Butter: 140 g

7
Remove the waffle from the surface before it cools and immediately roll it into a cone. You can practice on a round piece of paper first.

8
Once all the waffle cones are ready, leave them to cool in the desired shape and start preparing the filling.

9
Whip cold cream with powdered sugar to stiff peaks. To help the cream whip better, place the mixer whisks in the refrigerator for a while to cool the metal. The spoon should not fall in the whipped cream, but be careful not to overwhip it into butter.
- Cream 33%: 350 ml
- Powdered sugar: 40 g

10
Fill the cones. Place a teaspoon of whipped cream in each cone, then a teaspoon of jam, and if the cone allows, repeat this procedure a second time, finishing with a spoonful of cream and sprinkling with fine wafer crumbs.
- Cream 33%: 350 ml
- Confiture: 200 g

11
After filling all the cones, place the dessert on a plate or board, and it can be served at the table. The waffle cones turn out very tasty and crispy, and thanks to the filling — tender.
