Thaw the puff pastry. After thawing, sprinkle the work surface with flour to prevent sticking. Place one piece of dough and sprinkle it with flour, also dust the rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough.

- Wheat flour: 4 tablespoons

Soak the raisins in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water and dry the raisins with a towel.

Mix cinnamon with sugar and stir well. It's easier to mix in a glass or bowl.

Visually divide the rolled dough into strips and place small pieces of butter on them.

After that, add raisins and cinnamon with sugar, evenly distributing them throughout the dough. Half of the ingredients should be left for another layer of dough.

Next, roll the dough into a sausage shape. Secure the end and brush it with a little sunflower oil so the roll doesn't unravel. Repeat all operations with the second piece of dough.

Cut the roll into equal slices about 5 cm high or wide. Place the finished spirals on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the spirals with a little sunflower oil for crispness. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown or crispy.
