Prepare unleavened dough, roll it out to a thickness of 1/2 cm, cut out circles with a glass or round cutter; knead the dough scraps into a ball, roll it out again, and cut out circles.
- Yeast-free dough: 1 kg

Place cottage cheese or berries on the circles, fold the edges, then arrange the pastries on a dry sheet or baking tray, brush with beaten egg, and put in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes to bake.
