Sift flour into a mound on a pastry board, make a well in it, and add sour cream, butter, salt, and sugar. Break the eggs and quickly knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, place it on a plate, cover with a towel, and put it in a cold place for 30-40 minutes.
- Wheat flour: 500 g
- Sour cream: 1 jar
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Butter: 0.2 tablespoon

After that, roll the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm, cut out circles with a glass or a special cutter; brush the top of the dough circle with beaten egg, place the filling in the center, and shape the pastries in different forms.

Place the pastries on a sheet with 1.5–2 cm gaps, brush with beaten egg, and bake in a hot oven for 10–15 minutes.
