Soak the gelatin sheets in a small amount of cold water.
- Gelatin in plates: 9 pieces

Chop the mint finely, place it in a pot with apple juice, and heat gently. Do not bring to a boil!
- Fresh mint: 7 sprigs
- Apple juice: 750 ml

Leave for a few minutes and strain through a sieve.

Pour the warm apple juice back into the pot. Squeeze the gelatin, add it to the juice and stir until fully dissolved. Add green food coloring, mix, pour into small cups or bowls, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

Carefully transfer the jelly to flat plates before serving.
