Lazy Khachapuri is a khachapuri that does not have dough as such, but has a mixture of flour, milk, egg, butter and cheese, which is prepared, again, in a not entirely traditional way - not in the oven, but in a frying pan greased with vegetable fat. This recipe includes a classic set of ingredients, but nothing prevents you from adding some herbs and spices - both traditional Georgian and any others. And an important nuance - brine cheese, and most likely you will use suluguni, which can be very salty by nature. Therefore, do not rush to add salt to the dough, first try the whole mass.
